Simple ingredients:
- 3/4 cup luke warm water
- 1/2 block butter (about 4 Tbsp.)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. instant yeast
- Use a stand mixer with the dough attachment, mix all above ingredients together and blend well to a dough. Cover and leave at warm place for about 45 minutes until the dough rise to double the size.
- Roll it out into a log and divide it into 8 pieces. Then, roll these pieces into cigar-shaped sticks of bread. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brush melted butter on each stick, saving some butter for later. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake for 15 minutes. After remove from the oven, brush melted butter twice more and sprink more garlic salt.
