Soy sauce glazed Brussels sprouts 酱油球芽甘蓝


Super simple and Super easy!

  • Cut Brussel sprouts in half. Place cooking oil in a cooking pan. Brown brussel sprouts on both sides until turn soft. Add pinch of salt and little water if getting too dry (but not too much water, just enough to keep not dry).
  • Add soy sauce (I used dark cooking soy sauce, 李锦记的鲜香红烧酱油, just few drops) and brown sugar to your taste. Stir often until sauce glazed around sprouts.

Yummy and healthy :)

哈密瓜炒虾仁 Stir fried Cantaloupe Shrimp


Easy and simple making Chinese dish. Can be used other fruits, such as pineapples and mango. 

  • Place peeled shrimp in a bowl, mix with some corn starch, salt and ground pepper.
  • Heat cooking oil on the bottom of wok until hot. Add chopped green onion, stir couple times. Then, add seasoned shrimp, cook both sides until turn pink and cooked. Mix in cubed cantaloupe and stir together. Add pinch salt to your taste and done!

Note: do not cook cantaloupe too long if you like them crunchy.
