简易卤鸡蛋 Boiled eggs with soy sauce


将鸡蛋用开水煮熟,过冷水,把皮拨掉。(这里我用了18只大鸡蛋)
在一中号锅里,放入红糖:酱油:橄榄油,比例是1:1:1/2。(这里我用了1/2杯红糖,1/2杯酱油,和1/4杯橄榄油)再加一到两个八角。
大火煮沸,转中火炖15分钟。偶尔翻动一下。15分钟后关火,盖上盖子焖一夜。第二天吃就像吃炖肉一样的好吃.

Boil eggs and peel off the shells.
In a medium pot, heat brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil (1:1:1/2), add eggs. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally. Turn off power, cover and set few hours or overnight.
