No flour, not fried and not baked, gluten free! So easy and quick to make and they taste as good as fried chicken wings. You may use your favorite marinate sauce, variation of the favorites are endless. Here is what I use...
Simple ingredients:
- 12 pcs. chicken wings, defrosted
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Honey or sugar
- Pinch of salt and ground pepper to your taste
- Corn starch or mochiko for coating
Easy to make:
- Mix soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken wings and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Turn occasionally.
- Lightly coat with corn starch or mochiko. Place wings on bamboo skewers. Six wings at a time (depending on the size of your microwave oven). Place on a microwaveable plate. Wings should not touch the bottom of the plate. (Break the extra skewer if it is too long for your microwave).
- Microwave on high for 8-10 minute and ready to serve!
