This is a simple, easy and delicious quick meal for anytime. You can use any green leafy vegetables and meat that you have in your refrigerator. I find that the Fijita beef gves the best taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
· 2 cups Cooked dumplings ( can be bought in store frozen section, or use canned Biscuits by cutting into small pieces, or can be made from scratch)
· 1 cup cooked Fajita Beef ( can be found in store frozen cooked meat section)
· 1 Roman lettuce, chopped.
· 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
· 2 Tbsp. water
· 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
· ½ Tbsp. sugar
· Pinch of salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
· In a medium pan, heat the stove to medium-high. Add cooking oil and beef, stir until beef is defrosted. Add chopped Roman lettuce and water, stir. Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, stir well. Then add cooked dumplings and stir well. Makes 2 servings.
