  • 1. Weight: heavy better than light...that means more juice.
  • 2. Skin: smoother better than rough...that means the skin is thinner.
  • 3. Hard and tight are better than soft and loose...that means the freshness.
  • 4. The dot on the bottom: smaller better than bigger...like the picture above, the one on the left with the smaller dot is better than the one the right.
  • 5. Color: darker better than lighter...sweeter.
好吃的橙子:
1、重的比轻的好
这个规律适用于很多种食物的挑选,同等大小的,要挑沉甸甸的,轻飘飘的不要选。
2、皮肤细腻毛孔小的好
像美女一样,橙皮的肌肤要细腻,毛孔细小,这样橙子皮也会比较薄更好吃;如果毛孔粗大,通常都是大厚皮。
3、比较硬且有弹性
轻轻捏捏橙子,硬的比软的好,而且要有弹性,说明橙子比较新鲜。
4、肚脐眼小的好
脐橙其实不分公母,肚脐是它的复果,和很多人认为的不同,脐橙要挑肚脐眼小的。如果从大肚脐这里把橙子切开,就能看到里面有一小块果肉周围有一圈白色的筋络,这个就是橙子的复果,不好吃的.
小肚脐的橙子口感好,水分多。肚脐大或者突出的则口感较差,水分也较少。下次再挑橙子,可别忘了这点哦。
5、红一些的更甜
这个要看个人口味,如果喜欢比较甜的,那红一些的橙子口感会比较甜,如果像我喜欢酸一些的,就不用特意去挑红的了。

人不可貌相,梨也一样,好看的梨不见得就好吃。挑选甜梨,要看果柄下面的部分,深红色的部分越多面积越大,说明受光照时间越长,口感也更甜。除此之外,还要看看果脐,果脐越深越好。

香蕉:不要挑两头有绿色的,那都是经过处理的,并且个儿不要太大,小些的香蕉才好,圆润没有棱角的,正常黄色,略带芝麻点的。才是好香蕉,
Banana: Pick the smaller ones with some brown spots on them are better ones. Do not pick the ones with green color on both ends. They have been treated and not natural grown.
草莓:不要挑选色泽太红的,颜色越是鲜艳味道就越酸,红里带点白的草莓最是香甜了。买草莓的时候不要选个非常大,形状特奇怪的那种,要选大小一致的,小一点更安全。

猕猴桃:选猕猴桃一定要选头尖尖像只小鸡嘴巴的,而不要选扁扁像鸭嘴的。鸭嘴状的很多是用了激素,真正自然熟的弥猴桃整个果实都是软的,挑选时买颜色略深的那种,即接近土黄色的外皮,这是日照充足的象征,也更甜。猕猴桃要挑选接蒂处是嫩绿色的,这种的新鲜。    
柚子:挑选柚子首先要掌握不倒翁的原则,选扁圆形、颈短的柚子为好(底部是平面更佳)。其次如果柚子皮细洁颜色呈淡黄或橙黄的,说明柚子的成熟度高汁多味甜。柚子皮的厚度决定柚子的甜度和水分,同样大小的柚子要挑选份量重的。用力按压时不易按下的说明囊内紧实质量好,若个大而份量轻则皮厚肉少,味道一般。
