· 1 package of Ramen Noodle (any flavor, such as chicken, shrimp or beef)
· Green leafy vegetables, such as roman lettuce, spinach, Chinese cabbage, etc.
· 1 egg, over easy or scramble
· 6 Raw shrimps
· 1/2 cup cooked ham, or pork
Cooking directions:
1. Cook the Ramen noodle on the stove in a medium saucepan as the directions on the package. Add raw shrimps until cooked. Then add green leafy vegetables. Turn off the heat. Don’t cook the vegetables too long, so they will keep the pretty green color.
2. Place the noodle soup in a bowl. Add egg and ham in the soup. If you like spice, you may add some hot pepper sauce in the soup.
