You will need...
Crust:
- 1 cup pecans chips
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar (use 1/4 cup less for less sweet)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 package of instant Oreo pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 Oreo cookies, crashed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lay parchment paper on the bottom of a 8x8 or 9x13 baking pan, or spray with no-stick cooking oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all crust ingredients together and mix until well blend. press the crust mixture into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes, cool.
- Mix all cream cheese layer ingredients together with an electric mixer, until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust evenly.
- Combine Oreo pudding and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk about 2 minutes until starting thicken. Set aside for 5 minutes, then spread over the cream cheese mixture evenly.
- For the last layer, spread whipped cream evenly over the Oreo pudding mixture, then sprinkle crashed Oreo cookies crumbles over the top.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight before serving.
