I found this World’s Best Pumpkin Bread Recipe on Pinterest by thefrugalgirl.com and it’s the BEST ever! I change the some of ingredients since I don’t like too sweet, also add a layer of cheesecake since I love cheesecake with pumpkin bread 😊 it’s easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 2 cups Granulated {White} Sugar
- 1 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- ⅔ cup milk
- 4 large Eggs
- 3⅓ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1.5 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 box Philadelphia no back cheesecake
- 1 cup powered sugar
Easy to make:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Add powered sugar in the cheesecake box, mix well and set aside.
- Mix Pumpkin, Sugar, Oil, Milk, and Eggs in large mixing bowl until well combined.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, then whisk until well combined.
- Then gradually pour flour mixture into large bowl of pumpkin mixture, and stir well to combine completely.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper on a 11x9 baking pan , spray bottom with Nonstick Cooking Spray.
- Pour 1/2 of pumpkin bread mixture evenly into pan, layer cheesecake mixture on the top, then pour the rest of pumpkin bread mixture evenly.
- Bake for 60-90minutes, or until done and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool inside pan completely before removing and slicing.
