This healthy and simple side dish is very easy to make. Great side dish to add to your dinner table or lunch box. By using the dehydrator, the carrots become crispy and chewy without losing any nutrition.
Simple ingredient:
- 1 medium carrot
- seasonings choose from: salt, ground black pepper, sesame oil, La Yu (hot pepper oil), soy sauce, minced garlic, etc.
- Shred the carrot, lay in a dehydrator tray flat. Place in a dehydrator or 30 minutes.
- Add small amount of above seasonings to mix together to your taste. Optional: sprinkle some sesame seeds to decorate.
