· ½ cup Butter
· ½ cup Brown Sugar
· ½ cup Light corn syrup
· 1 tsp. vanilla
· 6 cups puffed wheat cereal
Optional: ½ - 1 cup cranberry or raisins
Directions:
1. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter in low heat. Add sugar and light corn syrup, bring to boil about 2 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat, add vanilla and mix well. Pour over puffed wheat cereal.
3. Spread in a greased 8x8 pan for thick squares. Press down and cool before cutting.
