Super simple and Super easy!
- Cut Brussel sprouts in half. Place cooking oil in a cooking pan. Brown brussel sprouts on both sides until turn soft. Add pinch of salt and little water if getting too dry (but not too much water, just enough to keep not dry).
- Add soy sauce (I used dark cooking soy sauce, 李锦记的鲜香红烧酱油, just few drops) and brown sugar to your taste. Stir often until sauce glazed around sprouts.
