It is very simple and easy to make this pretty fruit boat for your party. All I did...
- Cut a Dragon fruit in half. Scoop the center out with a melon baller to shape them into balls.
- Peel the skin off a mango, and scoop with the smaller side of melon baller.
- Mix the dragon fruit balls and mango balls together, and put back in the halved dragon fruit shells...and ready to serve!
You can also make dragon fruit jello with few simple steps:
- 1 package of unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup any fruit juice
- 1/4 of dragon fruit
- In a microwaveable container, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup fruit juice, set for few minutes until bloom. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and whisk the mixture until gelatin melted.
- In a blender, mix 1/2 cup fruit juice and dragon fruit. Blend well into liquid. Pour into gelatin mixture and blend well.
- Spoon into a ice cube try. Chill in the refrigerator or freeze for few hours until set.
