All you need...
- 1 lb. sweet or mild ground Italian sausage
- 1 cauliflower head
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can of water (use the same can after empty coconut milk)
- pinch of salt and black ground pepper to your taste
Easy to make...
- Heat a medium pot on high on stove, add sausage, mix and stir until cooked.
- Hold the bottom of the cauliflower, use knife to cut the flower part into the pot. Add kales and stir.
- Add coconut milk and water, stir and mix well, cook on medium-high until kales are turn soft. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
