Soy Sauce Chicken Wings 酱油鸡翅

These easy Asian style chicken wings are delicious with steamed white rice.

Simple ingredients:
  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 green onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Easy to make:
  1. Heat cooking oil in a large sauce pan on medium high, brown the chicken wings on both sides.
  2. Add green onions, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until the sauce is reduced and thicken.
  3. Do NOT add any water while simmer.
  4. Turn the wings occasionally to coat the sauce on both side.
