Ingredients:
· 1 bag (14 oz.) sweetened coconut flakes
· 1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condenced milk
· 1/8 cup sour cream
· 1 Tbsp. heavy cream or buttermilk
· 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
· 1/8 cup flour
Directions:
· Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
· Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
· Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop the mixture on a cookie sheet, 1/2 inch apart from each other.
· Bake for 10 minutes or until turn golden brown.
