Simple ingredients:
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 green onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- Heat cooking oil in a large sauce pan on medium high, brown the chicken wings on both sides.
- Add green onions, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until the sauce is reduced and thicken.
- Do NOT add any water while simmer.
- Turn the wings occasionally to coat the sauce on both side.
