Ingredients for the Bread:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cups luke warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. active yeast
- pinch of salt
- Mix milk and sugar in the mixing bowl, sprinkle yeast over the milk and about few minutes. Add flour and salt, mix with the dough attachment on low. After flour mixture form into a smooth dough, cover and place on a warm place in kitchen. Let the dough double the size.
- Punch down the dough and knead to a loaf shape. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking oil. Place the dough in the pan and rest for another 20 minutes with cover. Brush some butter on the top.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the pan to cool.
I like use salad dressing to coat the lettuce first, then spread mayo on both sides of the bread, add lunch meat and marinated roasted red bell pepper...yummy and fresh!
