Overnight Kale Apple Salad
This simple and healthy salad is so easy to make. It is delicious and help you lose weight, too. I make this at night and take to lunch for next day. It refreshes my day. Enjoy!
You will need:
- Chopped fresh kale, about 3 cups or more
- 1 apple, any kind, cut into small cubes
- Cranberries, 1/4-1/2 cup
- Apple cider vinegar
- olive oil
- salt and sugar
Easy to make:
- Place chopped kale, cubed apple and cranberries in a medium or large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle some olive oil and apple cider vinegar to your taste.
- Sprinkle some salt and sugar to your taste.
- Mix all together, then storage in a tight covered container in the refrigerator for overnight. Shake few times before service next day.
