- Lemon, thin sliced
- Pure honey
- A glass jar with cover

- Wash the lemon well and slice as picture below.
- Drop honey on the bottom of the jar, add lemon slice, add honey, add lemon slice again...until all lemon slices wrapped with honey. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for a least overnight or 2-3 days.
- In the morning, place a slice honey lemon and a tsp. of the juice in a cup of warm water...Enjoy!
