Toffee Bars

I found this Toffee bars recipe on Pinterest and tied. Turn out really good! It is very simple and easy to make.
All you need...

• 1 cup brown suger
• 1 bag milk chocolate chips ( I tried with half milk chocolate and half bad of white chocolate chips, turned our less sweet and I liked it)
• 90 rectangular crackers
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1/4 cup milk
