This simple and healthy salad is so easy to make. It is delicious and help you lose weight, too. I make this at night and take to lunch for next day. It refreshes my day. Enjoy!
You will need:
Chopped fresh kale, about 3 cups or more
1 apple, any kind, cut into small cubes
Cranberries, 1/4-1/2 cup
Apple cider vinegar
olive oil
salt and sugar
Easy to make:
Place chopped kale, cubed apple and cranberries in a medium or large mixing bowl.
Drizzle some olive oil and apple cider vinegar to your taste.
Sprinkle some salt and sugar to your taste.
Mix all together, then storage in a tight covered container in the refrigerator for overnight. Shake few times before service next day.
